How do I Safely Apply Insect Repellant on my Child?
It is important for parents to read all labels and apply insect repellant according to product directions. Make sure to only apply the repellant to clothing or skin, and use just enough to cover the exposed skin. While many parents think the more the better, this is simply not true with insect repellant.
Also, be sure to apply the spray outdoors to keep your child from inhaling the fumes. Upon returning indoors, wash your child thoroughly with soap and water, and wash your child’s clothes before wearing them again.
