هل تعانين من التعب حالما تبدأ الجلسة الرياضية في النادي وتريدين الإنتهاء؟! هلم إلى شرب القهوة قبل موعد الجلسة  إذ أنَ تناول الكافيين قبل ساعة من ممارسة الرياضة يحافظ على النشاط و الهمة خلال الجلسة الرياضية- و لا ضرورة لتناول مشروبات الطاقة أو أي نوع آخر من العصائر
