Know The Whey is made using premium grass-fed United Kingdom Whey Protein, Cocoa, Natural Chocolate Flavour and Natural Sweetener (Stevia). We have specifically formulated this whey protein to be as pure as possible resulting in a raw protein content of 73%. On top of this the BCAA content is second to none, with 4.6g of BCAA per 25g serve.

How To Use
- 100% Whey Protein Concentrate is fast absorbing, so we recommend enjoying 30-60 minutes post-workout, but it’s also great for drinking any time of the day.
- Add 1 rounded scoop (33g) to 150-250ml of water or milk in a YP Shaker 30 minutes before and/ or after your workout for maximum benefit. Or add it to one of your favourite smoothies.
