How does it work?

Step 1 – Purchase your test

Depending on your health goal, Aya, will recommend gut health test or blood tests to check for hormonal imbalances or other key deficiencies. The routine tests you do are completely up to you! Genomics tests will be subject to you meeting certain criteria.

Step 2 – Take your Gut Health Test

Follow the instructions provided and send the test kit in the enclosed mailing envelope to the laboratory as quickly as possible. Avoid sending it over weekends and holidays. Samples are processed by one of our local, accredited partners.

Step 3 – Get your results

You will be notified by email when your test results have been shared. Any abnormal results will be clearly flagged. Additional feedback, including recommended next steps, will be provided by a licensed specialist.

Step 4 – Track and act

Based on your test results, we will provide tailored advice to help you correct any imbalances or deficiencies. We will also recommend any follow-up tests if your results suggest a specific underlying health condition requiring diagnosis.
